Description

This short spur trail creates connectivity between Frozen Lake and the Burroughs Mountain Trail. It begins at a major junction with Wonderland Trail, Sourdough Ridge and Mount Fremont Trail.

From Frozen Lake, this trail ascends gradually at first before steepening on its way to the Burroughs Mountain plateau. The final 0.2 miles of the trail are flat and offer stunning views of Rainier to the southwest.
