Family Friendly It is a pretty hike, and doesn't add too much length to the Pass Lake Loop.

Park closes at dusk. Must have Discovery Pass.

Description

To access the trail, start at the Pass Lake parking lot. Take the Pass Lake Loop to the right, and follow it until you come across a four-way intersection. One trail goes to the left uphill, one goes straight, and one takes a slight right; take the trail that goes straight ahead. The trail will end at a beautiful clearing where the remains of the old homestead are still visible.

Flora & Fauna

Ferns, pines, cedars, ivy, etc.
