Overview

Features: Birding — River/Creek — Views — Wildflowers — Wildlife
Family Friendly: The trails are wide and not too steep, making this the perfect route for a family outing.
Dogs: Leashed

Description

You can park at the Discovery Center and it may be difficult to find parking on weekends. The trails are well worn and there's signage to guide you around the loop. Along the way, you'll meander through the densely forested park, admiring both coniferous and deciduous trees. Ducking out of the trees, the route will pass through scenic meadows, and views will open up as the trail passes around the top of a bluff.

Very beautiful, maintained old growth forest. A great place to unwind after a stressful day or week without ever leaving the city. 2.9mi
