Description

Ocean Beach reaches the Pacific Ocean at the end of the vast Golden Gate Park. This beach features ample parking lots and fire pits to hold cookouts. There are numbers on the beach walls to help locate your friends and family. Within walking distance to Sutro Heights Trail, Sutro Heights Loop Trail, and the fascinating historic baths at the end of the Sutro Baths Upper Trail.

Difficulty: Short Walk

Family Friendly: Plenty of parking and close to the windmills, Bison Paddock, and Spreckels Lake at Golden Gate Park.
