Description

This trail is the stock crossing to get to the South Boundary Trail. It involves two fords.

The first ford can be very dangerous in the spring, but is still tricky later in the year when the water levels have gone down. Park at the parking lot and follow the sand bar out, staying left and looking for a place to cross above the riffles. A slight bank on the opposite side to the left of a stand of trees with obvious horse traffic is what you're aiming for.

From there, follow the obvious trail through the trees until it gets to another ford, this time of Nyack Creek. A short distance later, it intersects the South Boundary Trail.
