Parking and bathrooms can be found at both shelter #10 and Walnut Grove Playground area. Bathrooms my only be open seasonally, but a porta-potty is provided.

Description

This is trail is the 2.85 mile eastern loop of a larger trail called "South Shore Trail". It is a densely canopied trail, that is well maintained and easy to navigate.

This trail is accessible from either shelter #10 or Walnut Grove Playground area. At the beginning of the trail is a creek crossing, but it is a concrete causeway that only floods in times of high water. All other creek crossings are seasonal or rain event dependent.
