Family Friendly A great easy option for the family to explore the campground and day use area

Description

This is an easy trail that, combined with the Willow Flats Trail, forms a loop around the perimeter of the park's day use area and campground. It is fairly wide and made mostly of gravel fill and packed dirt so the footing is easy going year-round. You'll pass along the bottom of the hills that form the northern and western canyon walls. Sage brush surrounds you along this route.

This trail also connects to the Sage Knob Trail and from there the Peak 1443 Trail, the barnyard area, hiker/bike camp, and the Pinnacles Trail.
