Description

This trail starts off the top of Pinnacle Road and runs along the bottom of the mountain. It skirts around the base of two hills, high above N. Wilmot Road. It climbs steeply through an area of jagged rocks and scraggly Oak trees. This area is more reminiscent of the southern states than a New England forest. At the top of Bog Mountain, there's a bench dedicated to Bill Best. The trail descends along the exposed rocky ridge, then turns right down into the woods. The trail descends along the ridgeline, then turns right down towards Stearns Road. The trail ends here, at the road.
