Description

On the North Rim Trail, a short distance from the visitor center, you'll find the trail heading down into the gorge. The trail drops almost 300 ft. before it rises up again on the other side. The trail is complete with water stations at the base. There is nothing technical about this trail, but it is a quad burner.

Awesome short hike. The entire family made the hike and enjoyed the views. A lot of stairs, but well worth it. 1mi — 0h 43m

*THIS IS NOT A BEGINNERS TRAIL* It's a nice hike down couple flights of stairs to a suspension bridge. The nine circles of hell back is what gets you.
