The Los Burros area is one of the most beautiful places in Arizona. The forest is thick and lush, with tall trees and a variety of fauna growing from the forest floor.
This trail cuts right through the heart of it. It can be done in either direction, but is best from east to west. That direction provides the most downhill through the thick woods. There are some tight-ish switchbacks. Not to be missed if you're in the area.
