Family Friendly It is very scenic. Kids will enjoy the boulders and big trees and stumps that they have to get around.

Description

Start in desert and transition to mountain terrain. In the mountain portion, there are brooks, trees, and nice boulders. The mountain portion is shaded and its grade is steep enough at points that moderately experienced hikers will be taxed. At the end of the trail, there is a waterfall that runs seasonally.
