Description

Park at the top of Wildernest, head up the short steep road to begin the hike. Follow the obvious route to Lily Pad Lake, you can go beyond the lake if you want to extend your hike a bit as well.

This is the section where most people get confused and go the wrong way. It happens about 5 minutes into the trail. Go LEFT here! If you go right, you end up bushwhacking and following a faint trail that disappears.
