Description
Sam's Throne is a rocky prominence, named for Sam Davis, a preacher in the 1800's. He was known for becoming demented in his later years and giving random sermons here in solitude. In order to reach the viewpoint, upper body strength is needed for the 10 foot climb up to the top.
Half-Day Hike: Use the parking lot located at the start of the Dog Trot Trail #208.
