Allen's Old Stone Dam [Suggest Edits]

"Take a stroll through history as you visit the interpretive trail at Allen's Old Stone Dam, built in 1874 to power steam locomotives."
The dam is viewed from a new iron bridge. The ruins of the old train water stop are to the west of the bridge. The old train trestle is a short distance north along the main trail.

Short Walk: Closest parking and trail entrance is behind the warehouse buildings at Exchange and Andrews. Also accessible from behind Rudy's BBQ and the Allen Park on the south side of exchange.

ADA Accessible: The path is wide, smooth concrete except for a gravel section on the west side of the dam. The switchback trail from the parking to the bridge is a little steep.
