If you're looking for a closer look of the mighty Snake River, look no further than Schwabacher Landing. This short drive off of Hwy. 89 offers stunning views of the mountains as otters, osprey, beavers, and trout play in the foreground.

If you're lucky, you may get the opportunity to see a moose. Be wary, however, as they can act unexpectedly, especially if surprised.

If you're looking for a quiet fishing spot, this is also the place. The views are almost unrivaled, and the fish just keep biting...

On the Road: This is a short drive off of Hwy. 89 on Schwabacher Landing Rd. If you have a 4WD vehicle you can drive the road down to the river bottom. Otherwise, just park at the main parking area.
