Description

Begin at either the Lake Lawtonka dam switchbacks on the west end of the trail or at the Schoolhouse Slough Trailhead on the east end of the loop. There is no shortage of rocks on this loop.

There are a few more rugged sections and challenging climbs. This area is a locals' favorite. The loop gives you a bird's eye view of all of Lake Lawtonka and Mt. Scott.
