“Long Woodchip and Short Woodchip Trail combine to form a nice wooded loop and connecting trail to Corbett's Glen.
”
The Long Woodchip Trail and Short Woodchip Trail are accessible from right near the Corbett's Glen Trailhead itself or from alternate parking areas on either end. The connection portion to the Perimeter Trail at Corbett's Glen is steep, but the remainder of the trail is very moderate and easily doable. There's not a lot to see, as some sections are bordered by scrubby new forest and heavy undergrowth, but the trail (as a loop) is worth the time. Be sure to check out the teepee and interesting glacial gullies along the way.
