This is a utility route that follows 911. 911 is a downhill route used by mountain-bikers. Lifeflight is a relief/alternate route for hikers and runners to stay off of the downhill trail and to avoid fast-moving cycling traffic. This trail connects the Rim Trail to the middle portion of Upper City Creek Trail.
