Description

One of the classic mountain bike descents in Pisgah is one of the most infamous hiking climbs in Pisgah when paired with the Star Gap Trail. A solid and steady climb with a few short downhills just to give you a quick break. Good views at spots along the trail as well. Continue on an old road to your left after entering a field to head over to the Toll Road and Blue Ridge Pinnacle.

It is super fun to hike down as well!

Long uphill grind with good views. Bring plenty of water in the summer, as opportunities to fill up are few and far between. Watch for downhill bikers 11.3mi — 5h 55m
