Paved alternative to the Woodland Trail. Decent for biking or rollerblading, lousy for hiking.

Description

Despite the name "Scenic" Trail, this trail is arguably the least scenic at Brookville Lake and follows an abandoned road through dense woodlands and an occasional field.

Beginning at Garr Hill boat ramp, the road crosses a bridge with a nice rocky creek, and immediately climbs a 300 foot hill. Once at the top, the trail is the same from here on. The crumbling road features lots of twists and turns through the woods. It's not uncommon to see wildlife along this trail due to its isolation.

Perhaps the only thing of interest on this trail is the large wooden bridge near the southern terminus of the trail. It comes out of nowhere and is very cool looking.
