Description

This trail makes a great family hike and is one of the best places to see aspens in the fall. It's a wide dirt trail that gradually descends to Rampart Reservoir where you can continue on the Rampart Reservoir Trail #700 as far as desired. There are a couple of side paths (likely social trails), but they all lead back to the main trail. It is a mountain bike friendly trail, so keep an eye out for bikers.

Flora & Fauna

Aspen and evergreens are abundant in this area.
