The trail descends between the two mountains before it rises to the flat ridge that is Table Mountain. After 0.85 miles, you are on the summit of Table Mountain (3,847 ft.) The trail continues on for 2.3 miles down (1,579 ft) to the Phoenicia East Branch Trail (yellow). 0.9 miles from Table Mt, you'll have a nice viewpoint.

The rating of this trail on the app is misleading. The gradients are a challenge pretty much the whole way to the top especially if you're backpacking 6.9mi
