Family Friendly Kids will love viewing the lighthouse along this trail.

Description

This trail starts on gravel, following field and shady forest to the 35-foot Turkey Point Lighthouse. Beware of the cliffs along the way, but don't miss the view. Once you reach the lighthouse, cross the small field on the right to continue on the path to the shore. This section of the trail is not level and has obstacles like fallen trees and tree roots. This part loops around and brings you back to the gravel path that you began on.

Flora & Fauna

Watch for eagles, hawks, deer, squirrels, and in the spring and summer, you can smell honeysuckle nearly the entire trail.
