This is open sunrise to sunset.

Description

This is a short interpretive trail through the Catoctin Furnace ruins. The signage and ruins provide a glimpse into the history of the area and the industrial revolution. The trail uses a pedestrian bridge to cross Route 15 and requires you to climb 46 steep steps up and down.
