Family Friendly Nice, wide doubletrack with little elevation change.

Description

FR 168 splits from FR 167 near the Forest Service gate and is gated also. During the fall hunting season, both gates are open and motor vehicle traffic is possible, though still low.

FR 168 is a fine doubletrack excursion along a contour of the ridge below the cliff line, but moderate in elevation change. This is good "get away from the crowds."
