Not a destination, but it makes a nice loop with the Canyon Trail.

Description

This short trail parallels the entrance road to Sugarloaf Ridge State Park, and though it's pleasant enough, it's not the reason to come here. It does make a nice loop with the Canyon Trail however.

The trail climbs up above the road, then remains mostly flat as it goes across some meadows and oak forest before dropping back down to the road. There are several intersections with other trails leading to the more popular areas, but they are well marked.
