The fitness trail is 2.5 miles around Simsbury Farms with 20 exercise stations. In parts, the trail borders fairways (heads up!), private residences, and the facilities garages but also includes meadow, forested, and creek-side sections. The signage at the start could be improved but you start opposite the pool/rink parking lot and head west toward the Apple Barn down an internal road before catching the trail on Old Farms Road.
