Description

Taken from either the Baldy Pass Trailhead on Hwy 40 or the Lusk Creek Trailhead, this is a relatively mild incline and easily-navigable trail across the saddle that sits between Mt. Baldy and Midnight Peak. The portion of the trail to the east of the pass traverses timber-harvested areas, so there are some open views but not a ton of shade.

Flora & Fauna

Small mammals, birds, deer
