Description

Hat Creek Lakes Trail and Iron Lake Trail are the same trail but are broken up into two. Both are #6093. Where Hat Creek North Fork #6092 connects is where they are broken up on the map.

This area underwent a massive wildfire several years ago and that alone creates many hazards; trail can be hard to follow at times but not too bad. Incredible scenery with the forest trying to retake the burnt landscape! Lakes are filled with beautiful cutthroat trout.
