While this is a spur is off of the Agnes Bowen Trail (Blue/Orange), there is some limited roadside parking off of Greenwoods Road that can be utilized while accessing the boardwalk.

Description

This is a short spur trail off of the Agnes Bowen Trail (Blue/Orange) in the heart of Peoples State Forest. Where the trail is not a boardwalk, it is blazed orange.

This spur departs from the Agnes Bowen Trail (Blue/Orange) shortly after it double tracks with Greenwoods Road. It begins with a signpost labeled "Boardwalk". It then passes through the forest for a short while before reaching the beginning of the boardwalk. It then meanders through the marsh for a short while and then reaches an observation platform at its terminus. Here there are benches and interpretive signage.
