Description

Trail is well maintained and fairly frequented. The first few miles are nice and smooth until you pass Yellow Stand Lead where the climbing gets more intense. Trail starts to mellow out again once you pass the Fork Ridge trail split and in the winter there are a few views to the east along the top of this ridge.
