Description

This trail is accessed from behind the picnic shelters at parking lot #2. The trail is flat, and comprised of crushed shell and sand. The southern portion of the trail parallels the Caloosahatchee River, with an overlook and a boardwalk.

The Pine Flatwoods Trail Loop connects to this trail at the western end. The northern portion of the trail is wider and features less cover. The eastern section of the trail off the picnic area is ADA-accessible to the river overlook.
