Singletrack trail which will most likely be combined with other trails in the area to create a loop. Starting at the north end and heading towards the Yavapai College parking lot. The trail meanders, climbs and descends several times, following the course of a dry creek for much of the way. The trail surface is good and easy to follow and is used by mountain bikes. Trail passes through a variety of vegetation with pine trees, cactii along the way.
