Need to Know

As part of Wasatch Mountain State Park, there is a nominal fee for recreation in the park, which can be paid at the Visitor Center. To access the trail, you'll need to begin at one of the two Huber Grove Trail trailheads, one of which is at the Visitor Center.

Description

The Epperson trail is a central part of the trail system near the Wasatch Mountain State Park visitor center. It begins and ends at connection points with the Huber Grove Trail, and runs mostly parallel to it. It connects the Huber Grove Trail to to the Spring Pond Loop and other trails in the area.

The terrain is mostly level and mostly free of rocks and other obstacles. There is some shade from the scrub maple along the trail, but large portions of it are exposed.
