Description

This hike does a bit of climbing through a mix of areas including: rocks, creeks, swaps, fire roads, and ridge walks. It is a also a good mix of vegetation with Hemlock, Pine, Alder, Oaks, Laurels, and a wonderful Rhododendron wood. The trails are well-maintained because the land is owned by the Boy Scouts of America, as such there are some regulations and observances that are posted at the trail heads.
