Description

The Flow Loop starts right after crossing a wooden bridge over a small creek at the intersection of the Main Parking Lot / Flow Loop Connector and the Secondary Parking Lot / Flow Loop Connector.

The trail climbs gently for the first half mile and passes the Secondary Parking Lot / Flow Loop Connector at the quarter-mile mark. After a few switchbacks, the trail descends slightly through the flow section for another half mile.

The trail weaves through the trees, over a few rollers and small jumps on the way back to the start of the trail, which features multiple switchbacks to finish off the hike.
