As the name implies, the "History Trail" includes several informative signs along the way that document the history of the area when it was settled by colonists. The trail itself boasts scenic views of Lake Surprise, the gorge, and the former site of the copper mines. One leg of the trail has hikers literally hiking in Blue Brook, so if the water is high be prepared to get wet.
