Need to Know
There are multiple campgrounds near this trail. There are toilets at the boat ramp parking. There are multiple shorter, connected trails and one longer trail (173 miles).
Starting at the boat ramp and traveling counterclockwise, the first section is on a boardwalk which leads to crossing the dam. Thereafter, the trail is mostly singletrack with lots of ups and downs as the trail winds around the lake. The trail is very well marked and is not ever far from the lake. There were a few muddy sections at the top part of the lake. This is located in the Wayne National Forest and is well-maintained.
