Alla Campagna is an alternative with some singletrack through the forest to Via Serpiano. You'll cross Spinarolo Stream a couple of times.
From the southern intersection with Via Serpiano, veer left onto Alla Campagna, a one-lane paved road. The road continues as a doubletrack for a short distance and eventually the singletrack branches off to the left. The singletrack merges with Via Serpiano at the end.
