Description

Start at the south end (the highest elevation), where Tank Seven Creek Trail #480 intersects with the CT - Segment 16: Marshall Pass to Sargent's Mesa. Although short, Tank Seven Creek Trail should be memorable.

The first half, approximately, is mostly demanding rocky sections and other features.

The second half, approximately, is soothing, mellow descending through a beautiful landscape, mainly groves of trees, until almost the northern end. It's perfect for those looking for a chill hike.

Finally, there's a short climb before the trail reaches Marshall Pass Road.

Watch for the occasional motorcyclist.

The south end of Tank Seven Creek Trail has a few smooth sections. This is one of them, near the Colorado Trail.
