Description

The Yellow Trail provides one of the out-and-back loops in Ontario County Park, starting at the small parking lot on the park road, reaching the southernmost part of the park, and returning. In various places, the Yellow Trail provides access to the Brown Trail, Purple Trail, and Red Trail, making it the backbone of many good loops at OCP.

The beginning (northmost part) of the yellow trail is wide, with sections through mowed grass, but fear not, as the trail breaks into singletrack fairly quickly. Yellow Trail has some beautiful smooth trail headed northbound on the western half of the trail, so be sure not to miss it. A nice route is clockwise starting from Yellow's intersection with the southern end of Purple Trail.
