Description
Fox Trail heads south from the main entrance along the eastern edge of the park, intersecting with Basswood Trail, Ironwood Trail, and Big Woods Trail. Expect to see bright wildflowers in the spring and dense woods through the rest of the year.
This trail is also open to snowmobiling in the winter.
Flora & Fauna
Wildflowers: columbine, bloodroot, Dutchman’s breeches, hepatica, and the federally endangered Minnesota dwarf trout lily.
