Description

Take a right off of New World Gulch Trail #50 at the junction after the two creek crossings. Here, the trail will go into the stream for about 50 feet.

This trail takes you up past a small bouldering area, and to the base of Mt Ellis.
The trail is steep and narrow.

Towards the top, the trail opens up a bit and the grade eases. After that, you'll have a short downhill to the field where the trail meets up with New World Gulch Trail #50.
