Description

The Klara Sauer Trail, also known as the Riverfront Trail, is an easy one-mile path that follows an old railroad track. There are several points where you can enjoy a short trail to the Hudson River. This trail gives access to some old abandoned buildings near its end and access to the Dennings Point Trail. This path is popular with locals for running and walking dogs.

The trail starts from the parking area for Scenic Hudson's Long Dock Park in Beacon, New York.
