“An easy rail-trail route that travels through scenic countryside.”— Leslie Kehmeier
The trail is a straightforward route without much meandering. It passes through scenic countryside and hardwood forests. Occasionally, the trail surface is rough and rutted.
Many of the railroad bridges have been preserved and resurfaced as crossings.
This is a multi-use route open to hikers, mountain bikers, ATVs, and snowmobiles.
