Follow the road out of Kladnitsa into the woods; you'll clearly see Vitosha 100 markings along the way. After 4 km, the road will turn to the right and change to a poorly maintained gravel road. After a short 500m, the trail with turn left down a slope onto a dirt road that eventually turns into singletrack. Follow the trail up and over a series of hills, and you'll descend a steep slope with the reservoir on your right. Follow the trail down and across the bridge before reach the southern end of Studena Bosnek Village.
