Family Friendly Located not too far from the road, and featuring gentle grades, this is a great visit for the whole family.

Overview

This waterfall in the Cherokee National Forest is definitely worth the short distance that it takes to get to the falls.

Description

Google maps won't take you all the way to this one, but it is worth seeking out. This narrow and shaded forest trail is comprised mostly of dirt but there are plenty of tree roots along the way. After just over half a mile, you'll be treated to lovely views of Conasauga Falls. The multi-tiered falls are especially beautiful in the springtime and after a rain.

After taking in the views, simply return the way that you came to get back to the trailhead and your vehicle.
