Kauri trees grow along these trails. Please use the gear cleaning stations at the start and end of your hike to prevent the spread of Kauri dieback.

Description

From Scenic Drive, the Cutty Grass Track follows a rolling ridgeline; keep an eye open for a large kauri on the left near the start of the track. You'll follow along the wooded ridge for about two miles before coming to the junction with Ridge Road Track near its junction with Anawhata Road. The Cutty Grass Track continues a short way further north before ending at Anawhata Road.
