Description

The parking lot has plenty of space to get situated. The trail does most of its climbing in the first mile then slowly flattens out. It's actually quite amazing to see the lengths that the trail creators went to to keep this an easy grade climb. There are a few rocks and one rock slide section to pass through. The footing is fine basically everywhere, and there are only a few small rises that add any difficulty to the trail at all. This is definitely a great trail for when you're tired and need to recover but want to stay on the dirt.

Flora & Fauna

It was way fun! It had a lot of switchbacks, but altogether was really fun for the family. Except for the rain at the end 3.4mi — 1h 30m
