Description

Going clockwise, the Windmill Trail starts by branching off the Bowls and Ledges trail. It ends at the dirt Mesa Road. You can use it as an out and back, or complete the loop on one of the double tracks. It is not slickrock. It's a more traditional singletrack. There are still a few technical sections, but It's a nice way to end a hike after you've been worked by Gooseberry. As a bonus, there are spectacular vistas of Zion National Park across the Virgin River valley.
